ORDERING

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

Once you have found the product/products you wish to order, simply click on the "ADD TO CART" button. When you are ready to checkout, click on the "Cart" icon at the top right of your screen and then click on the "Checkout" button.


You will need to complete all your contact details and address in the next section. From here you will be directed to PayFast's secure online payment platform where you will select your preferred payment method. Once completed, your order will be processed, and you will be kept up to date every step of the way.


WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?


After placing your order, you will receive a mail with instructions on how to submit your photos. 


Once your photos have been submitted we will provide you with free digital mock-ups within 1-2 working days for approval. Once approved, your order goes into production.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

HOW LONG DO PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TAKE?


Once we have received your images, we will provide you with digital mock-ups within 1-2 working days. If approved your order goes into production which typically takes between 3-5 working days (depending on how busy we are at the time). Your order is now ready to be shipped and can take anywhere between 1-5 working days (depending on your location).


WHAT DOES DELIVERY COST?


We offer a standard shipping fee of R99 on all orders.


This however only includes a single shipping address per order. Your order can unfortunately not be split into batches.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?


We are unfortunately strictly an online business and do not offer collection as an option at this stage.

WHICH FILE FORMATS DO YOU WORK WITH?

 

We can work with any image file format.


DO YOU OFFER IMAGE ENHANCEMENTS OR CORRECTIONS?


Unfortunately, we don't offer these services at the moment. Please check-in at a later stage.


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SEND MY PHOTOS?


Once your order is placed, you have up to 12 months to send your photos.

CARE & USE

HOW DO I CLEAN MY CANVAS?

 

Our canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. They can be dusted with a soft, dry cloth. Should your canvas need deeper cleaning, you may try a damp cloth. Nicks and ink loss in small areas can be touched up with felt-tip markers or paint.

PRINTING & CANVAS MATERIAL

 

Our printers print in HD quality onto our durable 260 GSM poly-cotton canvas, this ensures that the end result is crisp and clear. We currently only offer a satin finish.


FRAMES


Our ready-to-hang frames are made from Supawood and MDF and come in a variety of depths, from 18mm - 53mm. All frames come with 3mm backing boards for added durability and support.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY?

 

Should you not be 100% satisfied with your product, please send an email to hello@thinkcanvas.co.za with your order number within 30 days, and we will do our very best to have it resolved as soon as possible.


If you are still not satisfied with the result we will process a refund. Please note that the refund will be subject to transaction charges.
